Envisioning the future
At Azure, we support staff participation in Next Furniture Design initiatives to help them grow as professionals and industry enthusiasts. The crew was divided into teams to create a competition that would encourage individuals to think imaginatively and act audaciously about furniture placement and interior design.
The initiative is to develop a hybrid office space for future business and workplace. The five primary metrics are wellbeing, sustainability, equity, flexibility, and balance. The Azure team used future design elements and trends in their plan to attain great performance and teamwork results.

Wellbeing
The "Merge Workplace, Residential and Hospitality Design" concept, which aims to create a location where people may work, collaborate, live, and relax throughout a hard workday, is one of the most outstanding concepts put forth by our crew. People are increasingly wanting a more homey environment at work since they find that they can work more fervently and healthily in such a setting.
Right furniture and materials become crucial to create a cozy work environment for employees, as well as ensuring private space, teamwork and collaborative space, professional work space and activity rooms. It is a powerful combination in the workplace that gives employees the freedom to decide when, where, and how they want to work with enthusiasm while also giving them a place to rest and refuel.
Outstanding work typically occurs when people are in good health, are content, and are satisfied in a positive way.

Sustainability
In order to be sustainable, light, materials, furniture arrangements, and space design must alter to accommodate societal advancement throughout all sectors of society. When our team plans to build a sustainable room and space, we consider what will occur in the following 5 or even 10 years. As a result, we improve design sustainability by taking the future, societal changes, and advancements into account.
Eco-friendly designs are healthy yet sustainable to people because it minimizes its negative impacts on people’s health, development, and the future advancement of communities and societies around the world. We maintain most design details natural and eco-friendly in our interior design plan since we want to create a workspace that is long-term sustainable, functional and adaptable.

Equity
Our workplace layout gives users the freedom and ability to decide where, how, and when to complete their best work throughout the day. Users may change the environment based on their working methods, preferences, and purposes thanks to the use of strong, contrasting colors, textures, and navigational cues. Employees are more likely to work hard and succeed in a cutting-edge, technologically advanced workplace when they have an egalitarian work environment.

Flexibility
The goal of hybrid work is to designate areas and spaces that can be used for a variety of tasks by staff members. Meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and private spaces are all needed in a hybrid office, and the interior design should accomplish simplified connectivity. People in the post-pandemic era spend a lot of time on digital and virtual platforms, but they also value interpersonal relationships and social interactions. They can connect in person or virtually in the hybrid workspace whenever it is most convenient for them. The presence of both collaborative and individual work in the same place empowers employees to perform at their best.

Balance
Balance is a key topic to tackle in hybridand flexible workplaces. People can conduct serious business discussions in aprivate room, then unwind and work on related tasks in the cafe bar next to the meeting room. They are having a virtual meeting just prior. And after that, they can physically show up for a group project at work to interact with colleagues.
The transition to various work missions and workspace requires workplace balance. People can use technology in the workplace to create daily or weekly work plans that serve as reminders of what needs to be done right away. The hybrid work environment should promote a healthy work-life balance and ensure employees’ well-being and productiveness in a rational and scientific manner. A better, healthier, and more diverse workplace, as well as better workers in the future, are all impacted by the balance.
