This warranty is applicable to all sold furniture products. Azure guarantees both the soundness (construction) of the products delivered by it and the quality of the equipment used and/or supplied under normal use, during a period of 120 months after delivery.

All furniture produced by Azure are designed and tested for normal office use only. Azure can only warrant products that are/have been used for the purpose intended under “normal use”. Normal use is understood to mean that the delivered goods are used for the purpose for which they were designed.

The supplied products are new, of good quality and have no design, processing, manufacturing, construction or measurement errors and are as safe as one can expect them to be.

Complaints about visible defects must be specified immediately in writing following delivery within 7 days after delivery. Within the first 7 days, the customer is entitled to free replacement or repair unless Azure can prove that the complaints referred to did not arise through normal use.

Defects arising due to the following causes are never covered by the guarantee:

a. a product is used in any other way than the operation and/or maintenance instructions prescribed ;

b. general wear and tear;

c. damages or defects caused by improper transportation, including handling, unloading and transhipment handling by the customer or a third party;

d. assembly/installation or repair by third parties, including the customer or a franchise dealer(s) of Azure without the presence of a trained mechanic;

e. change in any government regulation regarding the nature or quality of the materials applied;

f. alteration or modification of the product;

g. failure to install or maintain products according to instructions and guidelines provided by Azure.

Defects arising for the following products have a limited warranty as specified below.

1. 60 months PET screens, standard textiles, fabrics and upholstery.

2. 60 months Soft seating’s.

3. 24 months Electrical parts, components (including engines), purchased height adjustment systems and cable cubby socket boxes.

4. 24 months Non-standard product

5. 24 months Screen-mounted Accessories/Dry-wipe Boards

6. 12 months Power strip
